Something I've never done before...
Creating a free business community. No backend offer, no upsell.
Hey everyone,
You may be aware that I've recently been redirecting my focus toward growing my new business, MSP Sales Partners. This has meant getting hyper-focused on the priorities to move that forward—which is exactly what I would coach any of you to do.
To that end, I've sunset my paid Repeatable Revenue community and the Accelerator business coaching program. Here's the thing: in the process of running those programs over the past couple of years, we attracted some incredible people. Alumni who have gone on to build seven-figure consulting businesses, scale up service businesses and agencies, and more.
The alumni from that group were truly first-class—really sharp entrepreneurs, very driven people, and frankly, people I would go to for advice in the domains where they're experts.
As I closed the doors on these programs, a few of you suggested creating an “alumni group”—a free community where we can continue to engage and benefit from each other's advice, support, connections, networking, expertise, and even each other's businesses.
I thought it was a really great idea and something worthwhile to pursue.
So I've created a free Slack channel that's open to those of you who may feel the same way about staying connected.
There is no backend offer. There is no upsell. This is just me giving back and leveraging the network I've built over the past couple of years.
If you were a member of my programs, this may be for you. If you weren't but wish you had been, this may also be for you.
Who Should Join
This won’t be a free-for-all. There will be some criteria to join because a community is just noise if it isn’t valuable for everyone.
I’m still putting that together, but safe to say you’d be a good fit if you are:
Established with some customers, revenue, systems, and team in place—not in the idea phase or trying figuring out what to sell.
Delivering a service for customers and clients—not coaching, courses, etc.
Scaling up a business with a team—not solopreneuring (nothing against it, but it’s a different business).
Next Steps
I've got a quick application form to screen participants and make sure it's a good fit and valuable for everybody.
Here’s the link to a 43 second application.
If there's enough interest to make this worthwhile, I'll start sharing the Slack channel details.
The real focus here remains building my MSP sales partnership, but this is a great way to leverage some of the experience and relationships I've built over the years while creating value for business leaders I genuinely respect.
Answer a few quick questions if you're interested, and assuming we get enough interest, I’ll make this happen.
Otherwise, let’s keep building!
Adios,
Ray
